With the development of the automobile industry and the improvement of people’s living standard,the auto 4S shop has become the most important channel of automobile sales and service.But in recent years,the competition among 4S shops becomes increasingly fierce,and most 4S shops are at a loss.How to solve the problem of low efficiency,and increase core competitive? In my opinion,strengthening enterprise management is the only way.And strengthening the management of human resources performance evaluation in 4S shop is the core.This paper,based on current situation that the majority of private enterprises manage 4S shops by the group management pattern,focuses on human resources performance evaluation in 4S shop under the mode.First,domestic and foreign research literature of performance evaluation is summarized.Based on the theory of performance appraisal,a general theory about human resources performance evaluation in private auto 4S shops under group management is proposed.The ideas,content,priorities and the premise of implementation of human resource performance evaluation in 4S shop under group management pattern are described.Taking the performance evaluation of Hebei Ronghua Group,which is a representative of private automobile sale enterprises,as an example,this paper analyzes the problems in 4S shop human resource performance evaluation under the group management pattern.And on the premise of thorough research on the existing problems,improvement,promotion and implementation scheme for performance evaluation of Ronghua Group are designed.This paper uses AHP,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,balanced scorecard assessment methods,combines quantitative and qualitative as well as individual assessment and team assessment,and makes performance evaluation more reasonable.The implementation of this study in Hebei Ronghua Group is bound to promote the standardization and effectiveness of its performance evaluation,and will ultimately improve business performance and increase the competitiveness of enterprises.At the same time,it has an important practical significance to guide 4S shops under other control pattern or independent 4S shops.For sales and service companies in other industries,this paper also has a certain reference value. |
