This paper introduced the significance of private enterprise human resources management evaluation at the first, and gave a briefing on human resources management theory, analyzed China's private power equipment enterprise human resources management features, and then design an index system of private power equipment enterprise human resources management evaluation, to determine the index weights with AHP, and took Xinjiang TN company as an example, acquiring data through a questionnaire survey, made fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the private power equipment companies human resources management, at the last identified existing problems of private power equipment enterprise human resources management and analyze the causes ,draw useful strategies and inspiration, provide theoretical references for China's private power equipment enterprise human resources management.
