Dedicated human resources have been become the most important competitive weapon for enterprises to face the reality and seize the opportunity, which makes them take the initiative in the struggle. As a result, human resources are the core of competition among enterprises. For service-type enterprises, the human resource is not only the core element of competition, but also the only competitive element in certain meaning. To implement performance appraisal management objectively, fairly and accurately for staff,and to combine the performance appraisal management, the strategic target management,the human resources development, the salary management and some other management work, for auto 4S shops playing a very important part in personnel training, personnel using and personnel retaining.Xuanyu group is the biggest automobile dealer in baoding City. Under current increasing competitive automobile market, only realizing effective human resource management, to gain more superior resources than our competitors, can we achieve market priority and keep it. Performance management is the key in human resource management. Based on the analysis of the internal and external environment of the development of SKD auto 4S shop, the paper puts forward the improvement methods of the performance management based on KPI method and the 360 degree evaluation method, and puts forward the implementation of the performance management of the SKD auto 4S shop.Employee performance. This syetem improves performance executing and flexibility. By further implementation and perfection of the performance management system, we can gradually lay solid foundation to build up a 360°human resource managment system inside the Corporation.
