Human resource is the most important strategic resource of modern enterprise in the development of large enterprise groups,Sinopec as the size of the global ranking leader,has always attached great importance to human resources management,but there is a big gap compared with the western enterprises of the same kind,need more study and reference.This article from the basic theory of human resource management,analysis and comparison of common difference in human resource management of Chinese and Western oil companies,the fundamental causes of the differences is the difference of understanding of people,namely the cultural differences between Chinese and Western culture,and the comparative analysis.Based on clear common difference,to Sinopec and Exxon Mobil as an example,the concrete practice of human resources management two enterprises comparative analysis.Through the comparative study of two levels of the whole and the individual,that of the petrochemical enlightenment: Compression reduces total is human resources,adjust the structure of human resources;the two is to improve the system of human resource management system;three is the excellent traditional culture of Chinese petroleum enterprises into the enterprise human resources management.
