At present， human resources management based on construction projects is thefocus academic problems all over the world. Construction projects are complex,involving a wide range, the project requires the entire cycle of personnel in variousskills, how to better manage the human resources construction projects? In introducing the concept of human resource management,content and construction projects related to the concept of human resourcemanagement based on the content of project management and general corporatehuman resources human resources management were compared.And then，this article analyzed the Yunxinjiayuan project from five aspects，which included project human resources planning, selection, communication,assessment and motivation.
