For 21 century, the rapid development of transnational corporations is one of the mostimportant characteristics of world economy. Transnational corporations have become thepillars of strength among the integration process and economic globalization. For them,human resources management effective or not has become the most crucial factor oftransnational business.As modern management master Peter Druccker (P.Drucker) once said: "Only a trulyenterprise resource that is man. Management is to make the full development of humanresources in order to work." In fact, human resources are the primary resource in moderneconomic development. In competition among enterprises, who can compete for the coretalent will win the first move. So only effective, scientific and rational development humanresources management to make it power, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity ofenterprise employees, transnational corporations can be effective achieve strategic businessdevelopment goals.Currently, with the rapid development of China's economy, China's close neighbor Japanhave invested in China to form third investment drive since the 1990s.This round ofinvestment upsurge, not only for China's energy and market, but also for Chinese talents.But some Japanese enterprises in China not change their point of view with China's economicdevelopment, still remain original traditional view on human resources management, even ifthere has been some change in recent years, but this lags on the human resources managementconcept will bring many negative issues to them.This paper first introduced Japan-funded enterprises in China's regional distribution, andthen systematically elaborated mode and characteristics of human resources management inChina, followed to explore the roots of the problem by Jilin Province, Zhejiang Province,Guangdong Province questionnaire that some Japanese-funded enterprises in China , studyingand exploration human resource management problems , come to these enterprises employstaff attraction, promotion, remuneration and other benefits, corporate culture exist majorproblems and made only Japanese enterprises Reinventing Human Resources Departmentposition from stereotypes, full confidence in the staff speeding up the localization strategy, theestablishment of science, improved remuneration system can change their image to attract andretain talented people to live in enterprises, can be effective development human resource.The challenges of human resources management and successful experience are the goodexample for foreign investment of our domestic enterprises. The conclusions summarizedchallenges and successful experience of human resources management of Japanese-fundedenterprises to make enlightenment for the Chinese enterprises, such as people management,the focus on staff training and attention to human resources development, and activelylocalization, internationalization cultivating talent etc.The innovations is from the perspective of trust and incentive to study Japan-fundedenterprises in China. On the basis of the outcome of the incentive theory studying analysis byScholars, drawing up trust is also the member of the incentive theory,and on the basis of trusttheory of domestic and international research , The only hope for our national innovation andimprove human resources management reference.
