Research On Countermeasures Of Circulation Transformation In Daxie Development Zone

Since the reform and opening,the economy of China developed rapidly.So were the establishments of industrial parks.Due to the impact of the Science and Technology-related conditions,the economic growth was increasingly influenced by our environment and resource.Since the new century,China began to accelerate the transformation of economic growth mode and to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society,in order to enhance capacity for sustainable development.Government advocated the building of ecological economy,and encouraged the existing industrial parks to transfer to cycle industrial parks,carried out clean production,and vigorously promoted the recycling of resources and energy.Daxie Development Zone located in the Yangtze River Delta,backed to Ningbo,and faced to Zhoushan.As a distinctive state-level economic development zone,it was supported by the petrochemical industry,and also led by port industry.With the expansion of the park,the relative scarcity of resources,energy and environmental security risks continue to highlight the problems.In order to ensure the sustainable development of the park,we must vigorously promote the park circulation transformation,and develop circular economy.In this paper,we use the ecology theory to put forward cycle scheme of Daxie Development Zone.This study adopted the methods of literature collecting,case analysis and comparative analysis method to expounds the basic theory of the cycle economy.Author discussed the origin,concepts and supporting theory of economic cycles.And Author also discussed the inevitability and urgency of China’s industrial parks using cyclic transformation.This paper analyzed the current development of Daxie Development Zone,and found out the existing problem such as lack of industrial structure,the relative lack of development space,limitations of resources and energy and environmental issues,which were restricted the circulation transformation.The study summed up the advantages of the Daxie Development Zone such as industrial base,infrastructure construction,policy mechanism and park management policy,then proposed the transformation countermeasures of Daxie Development Zone.Finally,author also analyzed the economic,environmental and social benefit generated by the cycle transformation program.
