Daxie Petrochemical Mixed Ownership Application Practice Research

With the development of Chinese economy,the mixed ownership is becoming a more and more important part of the economic system in our country.As proposed in the Third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee "Actively develop a diversified ownership economy.Diversified ownership integrated by State capital,collective capital and private capital is the prime method for materializing the basic economic system." However,the mixed ownership economy has not been fundamentally improved vigor of our country.The enthusiasm of private capital participating in the mixed ownership also has not effective promoted,especially in the corporate governance structure.There is still in the state.Taking the CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical LTD.(as Daxie Petrochemical for short)------a mixed company as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzed its decade management process,which is from the private enterprise-based,to the private enterprises-based,with state-owned enterprises complementary,and to state-owned enterprises-based,with private enterprises complementary for the development of the changing process,explores a mixed Daxie Petrochemical characteristics of management mode.The paper proposes,Daxie Petrochemical’s "multi-governing" corporate governance model,breaks the imbalance of the state-owned shareholders strong control,giving full attention to the enthusiasm of the private shareholders,balancing and constraining the interests of all parties s,making the decision more reasonable and scientific.The conclusion of the paper can provide a new developmental suggestion for the mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises,which will take advantage of complementary institution and promote mutually-beneficial and win-win cooperation,realize the high-quality and rapid development and provide new ideas of the mixed ownership economy integrate into the state-owned enterprises.
