Peixian County Economic Development Zone In The Circulating Fluidized Transformation Government Function Research

In recent years,Peixian Economic Development Zone has experienced a great leap forward,but the economic growth is mainly rely on excessive use of local natural resources and follow the extensive mode of economic growth,resources and environmental problems in Peixian development zone is deteriorating.Therefore,how to coordinate the contradiction between economy,resources and environment is one of the important issues facing Peixian Development Zone to implement the scientific concept of development and take the road of sustainable development.As a new pattern of economic development in the industrial field,industrial recycling economy can help the local transformation and upgrading in the process of industrialization.Therefore,in the implementation of the new economy,the government should deepen and improve the relevant system,the use of administrative means to guide,regulate the economic cycle,in order to maximize the whole society’s social,economic and environmental benefits,to ensure the sustainable development of society.In this paper,the Peixian Development Zone Park as a case of circularization to carry out empirical research,the study found that the implementation of circular economy in the process of recycling economy there is a weak sense of the lack of effective incentive and incentive policies,infrastructure,Investment and financing is not enough,lack of expertise and talent issues.Through analysis,the reasons are mainly due to the imperfect technical support system,the irrational economic structure and industrial structure,the corresponding laws and regulations are not perfect,the supervision is not in place,the planning is lacking,and the reasons for the absence of institutional setup,according to the above discussion,further from the four aspects of system,management,technology,public service to put forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems,in order to Peixian through the open area of the government to provide a new perspective and thinking on the implementation of the park loop transformation.
