Reformation And Influence Of Foreign Investment Management In China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone

With the situation of the global economic development,economic globalization has been an inevitable trend.Under the current trend,our country adopt Positive List in the foreign investment management.which is different from The Negative List that adopted all over the world.This paper is based on the reformation of foreign investment management in China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone,namely the Negative List and the General Plan,and the practice of Chinese national economic areas.This paper tries to sum up the influence of the reformation in the past two years,explore the problem which will come across and the solutions to the problem.Compared with FTA and FTZ,China's Pilot Free Trade Zone is a new concept.After the analysis of China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone's history and process of establishment,it is realized that the reason why Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone is the need to upgrade bonded zones,the motivation to modify domestic economic and administrative systems as well as the pressure from the international community.The Negative List is the most important measure in the reformation.It increases the market's opening,the transparency degree and the free degree.On the base of the Negative List,administrative examination and approval system reforms and six reforms of the management system has been kept carrying forward at the same time.The administrative system reform and the transition of government function has been promoted by degrees.Reproducible experience is summed up continually.With the develop in the past two years,China(Shanghai)Pilot Free Trade Zone has reformed a lot in the administrative system.The region involved is also correspondingly wide.The reformation of the foreign investment management keeps carrying forward.Six reforms of the management system's construction has completed.A lot of reform measures has been generalized to all over the country.Nevertheless,there are still many problems in the reformation.This paper also puts forward solutions to the problem.
