The Theory And Practice Research About Transformation And Upgrading Of Coal Logistics Base

With coal consumption reduced gradually under the new normal and environmental protection efforts increasing,more and more industries began to focus on "transformation and upgrading".The content and the object of transformation and upgrading are very wide,meanwhile,and industry,business and systems also have their own characteristics,so the theoretical and practical aspects need to be discussed.This paper analyze the proposition of the transformation and upgrading of coal logistics base through the analysis of logistics,the discussion the socio-technical system transition,and logistics integration field theory,and carry out the evaluation and transformation strategy of coal logistics base of company Y,and the evaluation of those strategy.Based on the analysis of the connotation of the logistics,and combiningthe theory of socio-technical system transition,corporate lifespan theory and some process of the transformation and upgrading of coal enterprises,this paper concluded that the logistics base belongs to the socio-technical system,which is the main base of this research.Based on the discussion of the innovation niche,the market demand,the macro environment and the system about the coal logistics base,the necessity of the transformation and upgrading of the coal logistics system is indicated,and the conception of the transformation and upgrading of the base is put forward.After discussing the theory of integrated logistics field,the evaluation model constituted with the synthetic field is established,taking target base as the target carrier and using the comprehensive evaluation method combining theanalytic hierarchy process with matter element analysis and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluationseparately as the method,the status quo level of the integrated body,field source,link and other aspects of the coal logistics system of target base have been evaluated and contrasted.The results of the two tests show that the company is in the "good" level,the integrated body and field source is in the "good" level,and the link is on the "middle" level.That is to say,the company's coal logistics system has been more with the macro environment and innovation niche did not keep consistent.Thus,combined with the actual situation of the base,the route of transformation and integration field theory,a number of strategies have been put forward.Finally,desired effect of strategies about the transformation of Y Company is evaluated by previous evaluation model,and the result show that the optimized effect of the company,the integrated body,the field source,and the link are all in the level of “excellent”.After the analysis of the evaluate result was done,some supporting measures of the transformation,such as policy,fund and management,are put forward.
