Since 2002 electricity reform, the State Grid Corporation of materials management mode gradually shift from decentralized to intensive, the transition from a single whole bidding process to supply chain management, has experienced a centralized bidding and material intensive management in two stages. Since 2009 the State Grid Corporation to carry out a comprehensive material intensive management, through changes in organizational structure, innovation management, optimize business processes, has made certain achievements in improving power grid efficiency of logistics management effectiveness. Although it has gained some achievements and experiences, how to advanced logistics management combined with its own development, is still in the exploring road. Therefore, in view of the power grid particularity logistics system, the use of advanced logistics system management theory, which can effectively enhance the level of logistics system management is particularly important. In this background, this paper refers to the relevant achievements of logistics system evaluation theory at home and abroad, and combining with the characteristics of power grid logistics system, establish logistics system evaluation index system, to provide theoretical basis for the improvement and the improvement of management level, has a certain practical significance and theoretical value.First of all, the research at home and abroad are analyzed in the aspect of logistics system evaluation theory research results, on this basis, combining with the characteristics of power grid logistics system, summarizes the development status of the grid logistics system and divide it into four subsystems; secondly, on the basis of analyzing the effect of each subsystem evaluation, establish grid logistics evaluation index system of each subsystem; thirdly, defines the power grid logistics system evaluation level, constructed grid logistics system matter-element extension evaluation model based on the integration method; Finally, combining with the example the effectiveness and operability of the model is verified, and a result analysis was carried out. Through a combination of theory and practice methods to identify that, power grid still need to improve logistics management at this stage and put forward reasonable suggestions, provide a reliable theoretical basis for the power companies to further improve logistics management.
