Analysis Of Green Logistics Capability In Beijing,Tianjin And Hebei Based On Fuzzy Matter Element

With the rapid development of the domestic economy as a whole,the rapid rise of e-commerce industry and the rapid development of logistics industry,today's property epidemic has become the main force to promote the national economy.However,in the process of development,it has also produced more negative impacts,causing irreversible damage to the environment.The concept of "green development" emerged as the times require.The national government,logistics enterprises and even citizens pay more attention to the development of green sustainability.Advocate the green and scientific development of logistics industry,minimize the damage to the environment and improve energy utilization.Therefore,considering the perspective of green sustainable development to study the development capacity of regional logistics,which provides guidance for the development of regional logistics industry.At present,compared with the developed coastal logistics areas such as the Yangtze River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has poor geographical advantages,and the concept of green sustainability has not been thoroughly implemented.At present,most logistics enterprises are still in the situation of extensive management,unclear division of labor and unreasonable utilization of resources.As a result,the operation efficiency of logistics industry in the region is low and the consumption rate of energy resources is high.Therefore,from the perspective of green logistics,this paper conducts an empirical analysis of the logistics level in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and puts forward corresponding practical suggestions according to the conclusions of the study,so as to contribute to promoting the coordinated and sustainable development of green logistics in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Firstly,from the perspective of green sustainable development,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei less than green logistics industry.Then,based on the summary of green logistics and fuzzy matter-element analysis at home and abroad,the present situation of the development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy and green logistics is presented.Secondly,based on the "PSR" framework model,the evaluation index system of regional green logistics is constructed,and the evaluation index data of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei from 2010 to 2017 are collected.The development of regional green logistics is empirically analyzed and comprehensively evaluated by using the fuzzy matter-element analysis method from both time and space dimensions,in order to put forward practical and reasonable suggestions for promoting the coordinated development of regional green logistics in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
