Risk Evaluation Research Of Coal Logistics Enterprises Oriented Logistics Finance

In recent years, the development of Chinese economy is very rapidly. The state acteda series of policies which are conducive to the logistics industry and bring theopportunities to the development of logistics industries. At the same time, the traditionallogistics service is to be squeezed by the international logistics service and it bringschallenge to the logistics industries. It requires the logistics enterprises to innovatelogistics service. The bank lending spreads is increasingly narrowed that requires thebanks to expand business to increase profit sources. The coal market and domestic energystructure also changed quickly. Then, to develop the coal logistics finance is particularlyimportant and to study the logistics finance risks of coal logistics finance is urgent.Based on the above background, this paper analyzes the different modes and risks ofcoal logistics finances. Then it builds up the risk evaluation index system and makes theresearch on risk assessment. Finally, it puts forward implementation suggestions forcontrolling risks and developing the relevant business in practice for logistics enterprises.First of all, this paper describes the research background and significance andsummarizes the current related research status at home and abroad. This paper defines theconcept of logistics finance and coal logistics finance, then analyzes the participants oflogistics finance business and the characters of coal logistics finance. It lays a foundationfor the following study on the risks of the coal logistics finance business.Secondly, basing on practical investigation and the research of the main mode of coallogistics finance, it finds the risk source and risk types of the business. This paperconsiders the risk mainly comes from five aspects: the pledge, the finance companies, thebanks, the logistics companies and the macro environment. According to the results of theanalysis, it establishes the risk evaluation index system.Thirdly, basing on AHP,the paper evaluates the risk factors and and calculates andanalyzes by Excel software to get the main risks and minor risks, and then it builds up afuzzy comprehensive evaluation mode of risk in the coal logistics finance services. Finally, combining with the actual empirical research, it uses a fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation mode of risk. According to the analysis, it puts forward prevention measuresand constructive suggestions for developing the coal logistics finance business.
