Research On The Interactive Relationship Between Incubator And Regional Economy

In the 1950 s,since the first business incubator of the world was born in the United States,as a common tool to promote technology innovation and entrepreneurship they are unanimously approved and used in a wide range.In China,the tech-business incubator is the product of a specific economic conditions and policy guidance,since the first incubators appears in Wuhan in 1987,the tech-business incubator got a rapid development in China.According to statistics,China has 1748 various types of tech-business incubator in the end of 2014,which incubated enterprises 78965 and provide 141.7 million jobs for the society,the number of Chinese incubator is the second largest in the world that next to the United States.With the role of incubator has become increasingly prominent and its rapid development,China has been basically formed a national,regional,regional incubation network.But from the point of regional distribution and spatial structure,owing to the difference in resource endowment,policy system,talent capital accumulation and innovation strength,incubators present an obvious imbalance in the area spatial distribution,and it’s similar to the characteristic of economic spatial distribution.Therefore,we set the key problems as follows: If the development of the incubator is coordinated with the regional economic development level? What is the relationship between them? How do they evolution? We use the coupling model of above subsystem to analyze time-space evolution of coupling coordination level,which can help to make recommendations for reference about coordinating the allocation of regional resources effectively,making strategies and countermeasures according to the development of regional differences,improving the incubator development level lag or regional economic development lag spatial distribution pattern,improving the coupling between the two systems and other.To explore the mechanism of interaction between the incubator and the regional economic system,based on coupling model the study establish a theory model of coupling coordinated development mechanism of two above subsystems.It found that: the incubators have a direct impact on regional technology innovation,industrial upgrade and economic development by cultivating new ventures and outstanding entrepreneurs,creating jobs and revenue,improving the scientific and technological achievements conversion rate and so on.As a provider of incubator development condition and the space carrier,regional economy can promote the development of the incubator indirectly through the path of government guidance,technical support,talent introduction and factor supply support.Thus,in this paper we conduct a quantitative measure of interactive relationship between incubator and the regional economic system by means of system comprehensive efficacy evaluation model and coupling coordination model,and using ArcMap,Excel,SPSS and other visualization drawing tools or data processing tools to compare and analyze the result,which intent to identify the effect degree,the coordination level and space distribution pattern between technology business incubators and regional economic system,and then put forward countermeasures and suggestions to realize the connotative development of incubator and regional economy.Through the above empirical analysis,we get the following conclusions: from the point of temporal features,the overall development level of incubator is general,the level of coordination between the incubator and the regional economic system is low,and shows a slowly rising trend year by year,and parts of area present an artificially high coupling coordination degree;As for the space distribution pattern,the coupling coordination level and regional variation degree exists significant spatial differentiation characteristics between the two systems,coordination level presents significantly pyramid distribution form,in the first phalanx team area mainly for Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Guangdong,Beijing and Liaoning and other places,among them Jiangsu province takes the first place in the level of two system development which putting a larger gap with other regions.In addition,the analysis in regional differences show that in most parts of China the degree of interregional differences is slowly narrowing,the contribution rate of the two major integrated economic zones in the southwest and northeast is the highest,and the activity of northern and southern coastal comprehensive economic zone is higher,implying that the future of the two systems of the coupling level of coordination is more likely present an increasing trend in the future.
