As we all know,“One person is not busy collecting firewood,many hands make light.” In business management practice,a person alone is difficult to make a difference,only in the situation that inspiring the power of the team could they can go further.And whether the enterprise can become bigger,stronger,long-lasting,not only depends on the products and services,but also depends on whether the enterprise has a strategic vision and the practical ability of the core management team.However,only a small number of enterprises can turn this ideal into reality,many companies are unable to achieve it.Therefore,to build the core management team needs to have an effective approach.The core management team of the enterprise is the group which has the key resources in the organization and can participate in the important decisions of the enterprise,and plays a vital role in the survival and development of the organization,including the leading group of the company and middle-level cadres.The key characteristics of the core management team are: it is the enterprise's central node and the steering group;members of the interdependent,interrelated;have a common goal and purpose;a challenging atmosphere;members of the knowledge and skills can complement each other;with hierarchical and so on.In the management practice,it is found that the state-owned A enterprise has some deficiencies in the core management team construction.This article through the research,the interview and so on,analyzes the present question the reason.From the internal analysis,it is not difficult to find the state-owned A core management team there are some common problems of state-owned enterprises,the core management team reveal the facts that lay great emphasis on technology,but pay little attention to management,a plenty of the core management team members are weak in management concept.From the external point of view,there is a lack of communication between the state-owned A enterprise and the core management team at the present stage,the overall goal of the team is not clear,and performance evaluation on the core management team still stay on the surface and so on.This article is aimed at find out the problem,analyze the causes of the problem,and then explore the pointed measures to solve the problem.In this article,the main methods of building the core management team include: build up correct values of the core management team,establish a learning organization,set up communication mechanism of the core management team,establish a reasonable incentive mechanism,reserve cadre team construction of the core management team.
