EB company also had same issue,inner worried management,outside worried competitors.How to get competitive edge again? Where did they start? Those questions have been troubling proprietors.EB company,the research object of this paper,is an adverting enterprise transforming from traditional business to “Internet + advertising”,During the transforming,the company is faced with huge challenges,such as brain drain,service fall behind market demand,which caused company difficult to expend new business.The advantage for company is gone,performance decline,staff demoralized.To avoid elimination in market,EB must find out a scientific way to boost and rebuild the core competitiveness.The study was collecting,collating,reading and summarizing large number of existing information,combining the theory and practice of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on core competence and learning organization construction,.Base on this,this paper designs the overall scheme and safeguard measures for EB company to build a learning organization.This paper is summarized as follows.This paper described the connotation,components and theoretical model of the core competence theory firstly,and then introduced connotation,features and construction model of learning organization.Base on above,the chapter expounded the relationship between two theories and the feasibility and adaptability for EB company build learning organization.After that,this paper briefly summarizes the current situation of EB company and analyzes the main problems existing in EB company through SWOT analysis and core competitiveness analysis,and puts forward that the sustainable development of EB company needs to cultivate its own core competitiveness,and the construction of learning organization is astrong guarantee for the development of EB company’s core competitiveness.Then,aiming at the main problems existing in EB,designs a complete set of solutions under the guidance of learning organization construction theory and application practice,covering: construction objectives,main contents,phase plan and construction measures.It aims to cultivate professional service personnel for EB company,improve customer satisfaction,and promote the construction process of core competitiveness strategy of EB company by shaping a good learning atmosphere,building a sound knowledge management system and training system.Lastly,,to build the learning organization is a long-term continuous process,which may occur during construction become a mere formality,copying,lack of enterprise culture,such problems as lack of long-term mechanism,to shift manager role,establish and improve the incentive mechanism,build people-oriented learning-oriented enterprises culture,optimize the organizational structure,and establish a flat organizational structure.In summary,this paper summarizes the whole process of establishing learning organization in EB company and puts forward the direction of further research.This will provide reference for the same type of advertising enterprises to build a learning organization. |
