With the innovation of information technology and deepening economic globalization, the environment the enterprises face to the characteristic of complexity.In response to such a dynamic external environment, many enterprises began to introduce virtual team of this new organizational structure. The virtual team is composed of members,who span the time boundaries, space boundaries and organizational boundaries,and the member of the team use modern information technology to complete tasks in close collaboration. The new organization forms have the characteristic of based on Web, oriented to task and relationship, optimization and integration of resources, all this make virtual team becomes a real selection to adapt to economic globalization and the advent of network age.However, the virtual team members can not concentrate on the work, target is not clear, poor communication, difficult to produce a sense of trust, cultural differences, training, working mechanism of the difficulty of the problem, it is difficult for team members for effective evaluation and incentives. Based on this consideration, making use of the relevant theories and basic research findings to research the virtual enterprise organization model and operation mechanism in-depth and systematically. Seeks to some help for domestic theoretical study and practice on virtual team.This paper discusses the related theories of virtual team more integrated and systematically studies virtual teams operating mechanism, and study virtual team of core issues for a more in-depth. First, we construct a basic theoretical framework of virtual teams, research and define the concepts of virtual teams and their characteristics; and operating mechanism of the virtual team, including the organizational structure of virtual teams, virtual team life cycle, communication mechanism, incentive mechanism several parts, and launched a discussion and analysis, respectively; Finally, focus on the virtual team performance evaluation, team members for high-quality, high-skill features, design a virtual team performance evaluation of the evaluation criteria and the introduction of the balanced scorecard and 360 degree feedback evaluation model of combining the virtual team performance assessment methods and performance management for the virtual team provides practical methods and tools.
