Agricultural Financial Analysis Of The Great Northern Wilderness Under Harvard's Analytical Framework

As the foundation of the national economy,agriculture is fundamental to human beings and plays a very important role in the whole economy.However,our country's agricultural standard is generally low with extensive management and management system is imperfect compared with mature industrial enterprise.Limited by business model,its financial system is relatively weak.With the continuous development of economy in our country,multidimensional financial analysis framework is urgently needed to analyze the development of agricultural enterprises,and find the problems existing in the agricultural and solutions.This essay is based on Harvard analysis framework and takes Beidahuang,typical representative of agricultural enterprises,as the target corporation to do comprehensive analysis.Firstly,strategic analysis by referring porter five model is used,to analyze the present internal and external environment of beidahuang agriculture.Citing the SWOT model to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise,providing the theory basis for the next strategic direction.Further more,It uses accounting analysis.This essay selects the key accounts such as receivables,inventory and fixed assets to analyze in both longitudinal and transverse ways and gets the results.Then on the basis of accounting results,using the debt paying ability,operation ability,profit ability and dupont analysis to evaluate Beidahuang's financial performance.Finally combining with the previous three analysis results,predicts the future development direction of the corporation.Through applying Harvard analyzing framework to Beidahuang,it arrives the recommendation that corporations should comply with the national strategy on management strategy,strengthen agricultural status and return to the main business,to become better and stronger;In accounting management,it should increase the recovery of accounts receivable accounting,strengthen the inventory management level,and restore the real accounting data;In financial management,it should integrate financial assets,improve profitability,increase debt financing,leveraged;Seize market opportunities,develop agriculture,comply with industry trends,and emphasize green agriculture.
