The development of an enterprise cannot be achieved without the support of management tools and methods.As a very important management tool,financial analysis is gradually adopted by the management and plays an important role in the development of the enterprise.In recent years,the framework of financial analysis system increasingly popularization and in-depth research,under the new system of financial analysis framework to be more perfect,effectively made up for the defects existing in the traditional financial analysis system.Based on the analysis framework of Harvard University,this paper uses the methods of literature research,case study and comparative analysis to analyze and study the financial statements of State Grid Power Intelligence co.,LTD from 2015 to 2017..Harvard analysis framework is currently using common financial analysis framework theory,it takes the strategic analysis of enterprise as a starting point,through the analysis of the accounting policies and methods of financial ratio analysis,find the potential problems of the enterprise,and puts forward the corresponding measures,in the end of this paper,we analyzed the prospect of the enterprise,and predict the development trend of the future.In terms of business strategy analysis,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the industry status,industry characteristics and competitive environment of State Grid Power Intelligence co.,LTD,conducts an in-depth analysis of its internal and external environment,and uses SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of power intelligence.At the level of accounting analysis,the key accounting subjects of the company are identified through the structural analysis of main asset subjects of State Grid Power Intelligence co.,LTD,and the analysis of accounting policies is carried out.In terms of financial analysis,data analysis of the three main tables was carried out,and through sorting out different financial indexes,the company's solvency,profitability,operation ability and growth ability were analyzed.Meanwhile,dupont analysis system was used to comprehensively evaluate the company's financial indexes.Based on the financial analysis,this paper puts forward corresponding Suggestions for the company's business strategy,and finally puts forward Suggestions for the company's future development.
