A Study About Staff Business Training Project Management In Yantai Branch Of XH Insurance

With the development and openness of China's economy,the financial industry is facing unprecedented competitive pressure.All kinds of foreign banks,insurance companies actively expand their business in China that brings a lot of pressure to domestic financial institutions.Foreign financial institutions,especially insurance companies has extensive management experience and advanced marketing level,which are ahead of the domestic insurance companies in the quality of staff,commercial operations and profit model.Therefore,under the same competitive conditions,foreign insurance companies have considerable comparative advantage that will encourage the development of China's insurance companies.In recent years,in academic area,all of the insurance company pay attention to governance research management and believes that good corporate governance can create dynamic management system for the sustainable operation and development of insurance companies.The insurance industry is the third industry,service level,product level and marketing is the cornerstone of the development company,therefore,the insurance industry is talent-intensive industry,the demand for qualified personnel and training is an important guarantee for the insurance company to gain an advantage in the competition.At present,China's insurance companies is still lacking for talent,mainly of insurance companies do not increase the talent introduction and building training system.This paper takes XH Insurance Company Yantai Branch as a research goal,to take the survey questionnaire on staff training programs XH business insurance company Yantai Branch to investigate,analyze the training status of the company.According to the survey and analyzed the results of the XH insurance company business training programs,analysis of its key issues.Finally,take the project management theory as the theoretical basis for research,business training programs XH insurance company Yantai Branch to manage and make recommendations to optimize and improve business training project management in XH insurance Yantai Branch.
