Dairy industry is an important component of China's industry,and the development of dairy industry plays a very important role in the development of China's national economy.In recent years,although China's dairy industry has made great progress,but compared with Australia,New Zealand and other countries of the dairy industry,the gap is still very obvious.In addition to some of the reasons for the relatively late development of the industry,the overall talent training lags behind the dairy industry is the main reason.As a result of the dairy enterprise demand for different types of professional talents are different,so the professional training can be done in a higher range,but should be based on different levels of personnel training objectives,undertaken by different levels and different professional schools and training institutions.Therefore,the dairy enterprises to carry out research on personnel training,S company as an example to carry out field research,from the human resources structure and status quo analysis the problems existing in the training of personnel in the enterprise,discusses the training of teachers,the demand analysis of the current situation and staff development planning and training efforts in several aspects respectively.And according to the analysis results,establishing the training system of a dairy enterprise combined with the characteristics of dairy enterprise talents.Based on the study of the relevant theories of talent training,this paper analyzes the characteristics of talents training in dairy enterprises.Then,S company as an example to carry out the investigation,in order to cultivate the skills and abilities,strengthen management and practice,motivate employees and adapt to enterprise development as the talent training objective,from the four aspects of training courses,on-the-job practice,guidance planning,job rotation of the personnel training status were analyzed,finally,aiming at the shortcomings of the cultivation of talents.Around the promotion of staff skills,solve the company's needs at all levels of talent and retain three outstanding talents,S company's personnel training system was studied,and the corresponding personnel training system was constructed.The results indicate that the S company training system lack the motivation of training,the purpose is not clear,lack of needs analysis,training achievement transformation and the lack of system construction staff development planning is not perfect is the main problemexisting in the system of the present stage of talent in the talent cultivation.In view of this situation,this article constructs the personnel training mechanism of dairy enterprises around the three goals of improving staff skills,solving the needs of personnel at all levels of the company and retaining outstanding personnel,and reducing employee turnover rate.Employees will be divided into production and technical personnel and production management personnel and the administrative personnel,and for these three types of personnel,from staff training needs analysis,program design,personnel selection,implementation and tracking the development of five steps are given specific measures of implementation.
