Research On The Influence Factor Of Brain Drain In Chongqing Herbs Planting Research Institute

Agricultural scientific research institutes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is the basis of TCM industry healthy development.Exploring the influencing factors of brain drain and putting forward the countermeasures to deal with the loss of talent will be conducive to promoting the steady development of Chinese medicine industry.In this thesis,we sum up the common factors of brain drain through literature analysis,design a questionnaire on this basis,analyze the data obtained from the questionnaire,and finally extract three main factors of brain drain of Chongqing Herbs Planting Research Institute combining typical cases of brain drain.And then we analyze the dimensions involved in the three factors.Based on the results of this study,we propose countermeasures to deal with the brain drain of Chongqing Herbs Planting Research Institut,which is "Reduce external tension,Reduce internal force and Increase the organization appeal".These countermeasures will help the Institute to reduce the brain drain chance and construct a reasonable structure of scientific research and innovation talent team.
