A Comparative Study On Production Efficiency And Influencing Factors Of Construction Industry In Zhejiang And Chongqing

In this paper,firstly,the definition of "broad sense constuction" and "narrow sense construction" is defined,and the research object of this paper is "narrow construction industry".Then analyzes the development stages after the founding of China's construction industry and the history of nearly 20 years of overall development trend,comparative analysis of the differences in the development of Zhejiang,Chongqing Province,two of the building industry,and further explore the content and purpose of the study: the factors affecting the comparative study of Zhejiang,Chongqing Province,the two construction industry present level and each production efficiency.Then this paper focuses on 4 kinds of production efficiency evaluation methods commonly used in identification,model comparison,the scope of designated aspects clarified,according to the research objective,data sources and characteristics,efficiency evaluation methods in this paper meet the demand.The process of efficiency evaluation is perplexing,only by the differences of the efficiency of the single evaluation model to analyze the production efficiency of regional construction industry is not comprehensive,and it is possible to produce a reality so conclusion;to explain ways of efficiency evaluation of multi stages,using several methods of combining multiple steps,through different among the methods of complementary advantages,makes the evaluation results more objective and more reasonable.The efficiency of the use of two stage evaluation method,combined with the standard DEA model and Malmquist index method will be the first phase of non parametric efficiency evaluation,in 31 provinces as a decision making unit,the input and output index data model input variables,by Zhejiang,Chongqing province two construction industry production efficiency scores of the relative size and progress the quality difference of output;the second stage according to two of the province's construction industry,according to statistics in the construction enterprise annual production safety accidents can be used as measure index,effective decision-making efficiency score unit further sort of super efficiency model to adjust the first stage of the construction industry production efficiency value.Finally,6 kinds of factors through literature research method and summarized the influence of regional construction industry production efficiency,and the mechanisms of action of these factors to the production efficiency and the rules are analyzed.In order to give the construction industry in different regions of the actual production activities of certain recommendations.Through a large number of comparative studies,this paper comes to the conclusion that the efficiency of construction industry in Zhejiang and Chongqing.
