Research On The Influencing Factors Of Production Efficiency In Factory A

In 2015,the state proposed "Made in China 2025" to promote the deep integration of informatization and industrialization,the application of industrial data,and the informatization level of manufacturing industry.In the traditional production management process,the classification of efficiency factors is simple and extensive,and the quantitative data system is simple and direct,lacking practical utility to make full use of information technology tools.To date,most manufacturing enterprises use mono-indicator method for their performance management in certain business sectors.However,under the condition of informatization,the production efficiency management is developing toward the direction of real time,refinement and quantification,which puts forward higher requirements not only on various departments but also on traditional production efficiency management performance indicators to quantify the exclusive.Based on five aspects of human,machine,material,law,and environment,this dissertation investigated the factors that affect production efficiency in factory A and their matching with different positions.As a result,we found out the best matching relationship between different factors and various kinds of positions.Then,we investigated the quantitative relationship between various factors and the overall efficiency through the composition of working hours,and established a model of relationship between total efficiency and five indices including operation standardization ratio,operation balance,operation stability,product yield,and effective man-hour utilization ratio,which effectively solves the problem of the allocation of power and responsibility in the production efficiency management.Finally,we analyzed the rate of the influencing factors to the efficiency and the contribution of each department before and after the efficiency improvement through a real case in factory A.This dissertation provided a set of scientific function design scheme and fine performance quantification scheme for the efficiency management of discrete flow production site.It offered a practical plan for the targeted management in the manufacturing process,and provided a reference for the data acquisition and model formulation in the construction of information management.The proposed methods in the dissertation solved the realistic problems of management confusion and performance cross,and effectively promoted the production efficiency a nd meticulous management level under the condition of informatization promotion.
