Since the 1980s,China's socialist modernization construction has achieved phased results,and a number of large enterprises have been born.With the development and progress of enterprises,more and more businesses are expanding,and the trend of collectivization is becoming more and more obvious.It can not only further play the scale effect of enterprises,but also effectively expand capital channels to promote the development of enterprises to higher goals.However,because of this,it brings great challenges to the choice of business strategy.With the continuous change of the market environment,the business requirements of enterprises are becoming higher and higher.In the field of management,the debate on the mode of human resource management and control of enterprises is becoming more and more frequent.The relevant industry insiders constantly put forward their own views.The goal is to find out the problems that can fully coordinate the human resource management and control after the enterprise group transformation through systematic research,and solve the relevant problems to improve the management and control of human resources Good play to the advantages of enterprise groups.Next,this paper will choose Xiangtai industrial group as the starting point,carry out empirical analysis,human resource management and control as the core analysis elements,on the basis of advanced theories at home and abroad,through qualitative and quantitative analysis,in-depth analysis of human resource mode of Xiangtai industry.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research background,value and research concept of this paper through the introduction;secondly,it clearly explains the theory,and combs and analyzes the human resources and management related theoretical data collected by the library and the Internet,so as to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up research.At the same time,in-depth study of the group's human resource management and control achievements and various situations encountered,and strive to create a suitable human resource management and control model;thirdly,by taking Xiangtai real estate enterprise group as the research object,this paper analyzes the current human resource management and control mode of Xiangtai industry,and finds out the problems and reasons of the management and control mode On the basis of this,the paper selects a more reasonable human resource management and control mode for Xiangtai industry,and puts forward scientific improvement methods of human resource management mode;finally,it summarizes the full text and puts forward the ideas of follow-up research and improvement.Through in-depth study,it is found that Xiangtai industrial group has the advantages of rich main business,but it also brings considerable challenges to the conventional human resource management and control mode,and it is difficult to effectively coordinate the contradictions encountered during the development of the group.Therefore,Xiangtai industrial group gradually optimizes the human resource management and control mode and considers the compound mode when conditions permit The trend of the situation.This paper hopes that through its own research,we can further improve the relevant theory of human resource management and control mode of large groups,and provide positive and beneficial guidance for various groups in China.
