With the development of Global trade and the acceleration of world economic integration,international freight forwarding has become the key factor and the fundamental of national development,and is regarded as an important force to promote national industrial development and upgrade and adapt to changes in the international competitive environment.Because of its strong momentum of development,providing employment opportunities,conducive to balanced regional development and other important features,international freight forwarding business enterprises play an important role in China's industrial transformation and development.The operation problems of China's international freight forwarding business enterprises become more and more frequent,which is not conducive to the overall development of China's consolidation strategy,has become a bottleneck restricting the healthy development of China's international freight forwarding business enterprises.Therefore,this paper takes D Company as a sample,takes its market strategy as the content,carries out exploratory empirical research to scientifically and accurately analyze the current situation of the market strategy problems of the international freight forwarding business enterprises of D Company;secondly,to ensure the accuracy and science of the analysis,from the political,economic,social and technological perspectives,and so on.At last,we use SWOT analysis method to analyze the key factors affecting the international freight forwarding business of D Company,and combine customer segmentation theory,enterprise strategy theory and product mix theory to analyze the key factors of enterprise market strategy,and use analytic hierarchy process to analyze the various strategies.Quantitative analysis and numerical simulation are carried out to find the most suitable market combination strategy.The safeguard measures and implementation verification are carried out.Targeted and multi-angle countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to govern the market strategy of Tessa's international freight forwarding business.The method and conclusion of this paper are based on the case of D Company.It aims to help D Company optimize the existing product structure and market strategy,and contribute to the strengthening of market competitiveness of enterprises.It has a certain reference value for dealing with the market strategy of China's international freight forwarding business enterprises.
