When information technology integrates into the enterprise human resources management, how to establish a flexible and efficient management information system has become a question worthy of consideration for an enterprise to improve the level of human resource management. The traditional human resource management has been unable to adapt to new challenges, the function of human resource management must be foucused on management change and strategic human resource management, and the information system can be an auxiliary tool for promoting transformation of human resource management functions.According to the actual cases and the currently operating conditions of A company, this paper makes an analysis and discussion on e-HRMIS:to make clear that information system can play a role in the corresponding fields of human resource management; to explore how information systems plays a part in the parent company and A company’s own human resources management, namely, the administrative transaction processing, employee contributions management, management transformation and reform, strategic human resource management; to help enterprises establish human resources management idea, strategic human resource management mode to realize the goal of enterprise performance and to support enterprise strategic decision.This paper introduces the upgrading of the HRMIS of A company. Through the renovation of e-HRMIS employee attendance management, salary management, personnel information management in the parent firm of A company, to support a better e-HRMIS service for the human resources management of A company, to realize the functions transformation of A company’s human resources management to a Trinity of management and service and development, to highlight the role of the HR department, at the same time, to save cost and improve work efficiency. Thus, to make human resources management of A company more practical, scientific and efficient in work attendance management, salary management, personnel information management. In addition,according to the domestic and foreign development situation and developing trend of information technology, this paper puts forword that the realization of enterprise e-HRMIS management and enterprise’s human resources strategy is still a research topic of human resources information technology for a long time.
