At present,the enterprise culture has become a very important form of modern enterprise competition,which carries the hope of enterprise survival and sustainable development.Although since the1980,enterprise culture was introduced into the management discipline as an academic term,it has attracted industry and academia's attention because it was not only helpful to improve enterprise efficiency,enhance the cohesion and vitality of the enterprise,but also could explain the world many famous enterprises obtain the root causes of success.Enterprise culture has a very important role in the construction of enterprises."Fortune" magazine points out that the root cause of the world's top500 companies to win is that they are good at giving their corporate culture note.Professor John Kot,after the empirical analysis of the relationship between corporate performance and corporate culture,believes that there is a more significant role in promoting between them.This paper takes The hundred years life insurance Co.,Ltd.Heilongjiang Branch as an example,analysis of the provincial branch of the insurance company as a sort of entrepreneurial firms.It deems that,the company should be combined with local cultural factors except in the parent company based on corporate culture,And Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Corporate Cultural Construction.And it illustrates the conditions,methods and contents of the Aeon Life insurance black branch of the cultural reconstruction and the implementation.Finally,this paper hopes to provide a new path for the enterprise culture construction of Heilongjiang branch of one hundred years life insurance company through the Heilongjiang branch of the cultural construction of the objectives and strategies.By combining the data of a large number of outstanding companies,Huawei,Haier and other enterprises development and cultural relationship among them,and through positive and negative demonstration,comparison,data analysis and reasoning,it proves that: The core cultural of corporate entrepreneurship is determined team,the core concept,chosen to have the same values,strictly implement the details and to establish the pace ofcorporate culture construction in phases and levels according to the different stages of entrepreneurship.Only through above methods,the enterprise culture construction can continue to deepen.
