As the market matures, the insurance industry is involved in an increasingly competitive international competition, how to realize sustainable development of the company, how to enhance the core competitiveness of company become the focus of both practitioner and scholar. Culture construction is the soul of corporate. it is playing an important role in business success. Since there are many weaknesses in the existing corporate culture construction,study on the construction of enterprise culture has a positive meaning. Therefore,this paper focuses on the culture construction in A company.The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) the fundamental analysis of A insurance company. First of all, this paper traces on the course and structure and culture type of A company. More importantly,this paper then analysis the corporate culture from the perspective of corporate structure, which include spiritual culture level, institutional culture,behavior culture level and material culture level. Second, this paper introduces the fundamental principle and the general rule of culture construction, and illustrates the four part main content of culture construction. Third, the paper gives suggestions about the A company's culture construction.The main conclusions of the paper are as follows: (1) A corporate culture belongs to the mercenary type,which stresses the team work.
