With the rapid development of China's economy and the improvement of people's living standard,more and more people begin to pay attention to the balance between work and life.The development of an enterprise,not only to pay the main material incentives,but also need the satisfaction of employees as a title.Job satisfaction as a research hotspot of human resource management and organizational behavior,has attracted more and more attention of scholars,through the exploration of employee satisfaction,improve employee satisfaction,constantly stimulate their creativity and enthusiasm,has very important significance to the enterprise and employees.Talent is the foundation of enterprise and plays an important role in modern enterprise management.Employee satisfaction is the real reaction of an enterprise the enthusiasm of the staff,the higher the job satisfaction,employee's work enthusiasm is high,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff to the greatest degree of mining potential employees,and promote the improvement of economic efficiency of enterprises.At the same time,employee satisfaction also reflects various problems in the process of management of enterprises,encourage enterprises to diagnose problems,is the most effective method of employee satisfaction survey,through this way,the enterprise managers can understand the enterprise potential problems,take active measures in the management of enterprises to respond to crises and dangers.Talent has a significant role in the development of enterprises.Only by improving satisfaction can talents be given a sense of belonging to enterprises,and enterprises can be invincible in the market competition.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to improve employee satisfaction.This paper takes the HN company as the research object,through the information collection and questionnaire,to conduct a comprehensive investigation of job satisfaction of HN company,HN company currently employees satisfaction with the status quo,analysis of the specific factors influencing the employee satisfaction of HN company,at the same time to affect employee satisfaction change is studied,and according to the survey the results of HN company to enhance employee satisfaction and put forward the corresponding improvement measures,so as to promote the comprehensive development of the company on the basis of consolidating management status of HN company.In this paper,case analysis,normative research and empirical research,deductive reasoning and inductive summary of the research methods.The introduction of HN company as the research object,through in-depth research,the use of specific data to analyze the financial strategy,finally summarized,puts forward a series of suitable for HN company to enhance employee satisfaction and the reasonable suggestion on the basis of existing research,trying to be innovative.This paper is divided into three parts: the first part of the domestic and foreign research on job satisfaction are summarized and put forward the research ideas of this paper.In the second part,the general situation of HN company is introduced briefly,and the employee satisfaction questionnaire is established.This paper introduces the general situation of HN company through questionnaire survey,and makes a questionnaire about employee satisfaction.Based on the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the differences of job satisfaction between different demographic variables of HN employees,and draws the conclusion.The third part puts forward the optimization strategy of human resource management of HN company employee satisfaction.The main conclusions of this paper are: first,HN employee job satisfaction measurement factors include six aspects,namely: material reward,promotion,job itself,working conditions,corporate culture,team work.Second,there are differences in job satisfaction among employees of different demographic variables of HN company.Third,from the four aspects of human resource management based on the HN company employee satisfaction optimization strategy.
