Through the ages,it depends on the human resources to actively promote the rapid progress of the society and the sustainable development of the company.In terms of enterprise development,human resources are much more valuable than technical resources and material resources.It has become the first resource of the enterprise,whose importance is self-evident.In the company's human resources management,incentive mechanism is in the core position,whichhas a close relationship with enterprise's salary and welfare,performance,career planning and etc.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the incentive mechanism in the enterprise human resources management whether for the optimization of incentive mechanism of enterprises or for the sustainable development of enterprises.The thesis takes H company as an example and has a systematic research on the optimization problem of employee incentive mechanism.H company is a contributive state-owned large manufacturing company.It is specialized in production and sales of household electrical appliances.Its employee motivation mainly relates to economic benefits,performance appraisal,and value satisfaction.To understand the company actual effects and potential problems of current incentive mechanism,we go through the questionnaire survey,staff interview and on-the-spot investigation form of employee satisfaction information collection.The results point that H company has shortcomings in the organization and performance evaluation,compensation management and so on,which resulted in overall low employee satisfaction.Aiming at the existing problem of reality,we put forward some suggestions of optimizing H company employees incentive mechanismaccording to the relevant incentive theory and the principle.In order to ensure the related countermeasures and suggestions to be implemented and realized,we also proposed the adherence to the people-oriented principle,the strengthening of system construction,the establishment of the personnel control,and other supporting arrangement of the effective competition.The innovation of this thesis lies in the integration of a logical and relevant staff incentive system on the premise of employee incentive and from three aspects-the independence of pay,career planning and staff performance.It also puts forward the guarantees to ensure the effective implementation of the incentive mechanism.Theresults of this thesis provide the necessary guidance for this company,and also a valuable reference for other companies of the same trade.
