With the development of social economy and the transformation of the economic environment,enterprise employee turnover is higher and labor disputes is increa sing.Therefore,developing good employee relations,making more effective employee relations management plan,and improving business efficiency become one of the goals of the enterprise human resources management.The purpose of this study was to investig ate the present employee relations situation of Longpeng company,to analyze the problems of employee relations management and to improve employee relations management plan.By questionnaire survey of 395 employees from Longpeng company,the research collected the first hand materials of employees of various ages,genders,education backgrounds and jobs.T he contents include personal information,degree of employee relations,communication and work stress.By analyzing the statistics using statistics analys is software,the dissertation discovered main issues in employee relations of employees.T he main findings of this research will be as below.The employees feel bad employee relations in general and 88.1% of those being investigated woke under bad employee relations.T he main sources of their employee relations are: lack of effective communication,the working pressure,lack of employee relationship management consciousness and specialization.For employees,the communication mechanism which is not sound will affect employees' interpersonal communication,lead to ineffectively communication.Staff working pressure will make staff produce negative emotions,affect work attitude and the production efficiency.Lack of employee relationship management consciousn ess and specialization hinders the process of employee relations management and managers are unable to effectively and efficiently handle employee relations management.Thus,from the perspective of internal communication mechanism,the ability of staff st ress management,employee relationship management consciousness and specialization,this dissertation put forward the improvement scheme of employee relations management.T hrough high-level attention and support,encouraging participation,pilot and promot e,ensure the effective implementation of the improved scheme.Longpeng company improvement project of the company's employee relations management can improve employee relations,increase staff s' loyalty,slacking.Especially,it's desired to promote transformation and upgrading of enterprise management system.Employee relations management research of Longpeng company enlighten the theory of employee relations and other companies which also have problems of employees relations.
