The Study On Problems And Strategies Of Food Safety Of Supervision Mechanism In Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

There is a saying goes: hunger breeds discontentment.Food safety is related to social development,social stability,which has become a top priority for people's life.Food safety has been put into consideration at the national strategic level and food safety supervision has been strengthened all over the world.In China,with a gradual increase in the continuous development of social economy and the educational level of the general public,people's concern about food safety have become more and more sophisticated.And in recent years,we have frequently encountered incidents as Sudan Red,Shoes Milk,Poisonous Rice,Gutter Oil,Melamine Milk Powder and other food safety problems in China.On the one hand,it brings to light many problems with China's current food safety supervision mechanism.On the other hand,it will be the drives of reform for promoting China food safety supervision mechanism.The reform of food safety supervision mechanism has become one of the most important reforms in China.As one of China's major national grain area which lays the foundationmodel of the safety food production area,food safety has particular meanings in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area.This paper studies the current food safety supervision mechanism in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area,raises the problems of the supervision mechanism,and analyzes the causes.And by drawing on the valuable experience of the advanced areas,using the integral governance theory,this paper will promote the food safety supervision mechanism in the Heilongjiang Reclamation Area.We also hope that through this study,it is possible to enlighten the reform of food safety supervision mechanism in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area,at the meantime enrich the food safety regulation theory.Therefore,it will be beneficial to practice food safety supervision in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area.
