With the classification reform of China's state-owned enterprises,how to rationally and effectively differentiate the different types of executives appointed by administrative appointment and market-oriented in the context of “limited salary” and marketization has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.As a national strategic industry that supports our military and economic change,the aviation industry is occupying the rapid development of change when facing the deepening reform of state-owned enterprises,so the incentive of top executive's compensation is particularly more important.Based on the comparison,hypothesis test and the interviews,this paper analyzed the China's aviation industry listed company executive reward motivation,summarized some typical problems in the current aviation industry executive reward motivation of listed companies,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.Innovation points of this research are mainly embodied in four aspects.To begin with,taking the aviation industry listed companies as researching object,this thesis conducted empirical tests on the influencing factor and motivating effect of the executive compensation,which enriched the research of executive reward motivation.Then,by using the semi-structured interview and the data analysis,this research summarized some typical problems of the China aviation industry listed companies executive reward motivation from the perspective of practice,which made up deficiency of the one-sided perspective of the simple data analysis.Finally,based on the hierarchical governance of listed companies,the passion for aviation and the spirit of innovation were put into the total reward system,and the aviation industry listed company executive reward motivation system was optimally designed.
