Research and development and innovation can enable small and medium-sized enterprises in the market competition in the wave of the establishment and maintain their own advantages,so that their competition in a leading trend.It is very important for the enterprise to demand the scientific research personnel and what kind of incentive system to take them.However,due to lack of incentives for knowledge workers and other reasons caused by the loss of technical staff is also common.Therefore,in order to make human resources to play the greatest effect,to promote enterprises to achieve rapid and sustainable development,enterprises need to take some effective incentive system and measures.This paper attempts to analyze the current situation of small and medium-sized technology enterprises Weir electronic reward system by combining the theories of domestic and foreign incentive theory such as Maslow's hierarchy of needs analysis theory,Porter and Raul's comprehensive incentive model with MBA,human resource management and management :There are many non-standard and unscientific place for Weir technology enterprises in the human resources management,specially on reward system.The enterprise's reward system is imperfect,the reward system is missing,in which,the external incentives is unique,the core technical staff cannot play a stimulating effect.Internal Rewards: There is no suitable corporate culture to gather staff,lack the feedback and communication between management and core technical staff,no personal guidance and development plans for core technical staff,no team training and internal selection.In response to this situation,we put forward the corresponding measures on how to improve the problems of the Weir electronic reward system.Specific measures include external incentives and internal incentives in two areas.External incentives,we recommend the use of different payment systems: based on individual(skills)pay,based on research and development,innovative short-term incentive system and other wage system.Internal incentives include: strengthening corporate culture strategy development,improving feedback / communication programs,developing personal orientation and development,providing team training and internal selection.
