Reward management is a popular management topic. It is concerned with the formulation and implementation of strategies and policies that aim to reward people fairly, equitably and consistently in accordance with their value to the organization. Reward management has got more and more attention with the development of economy and management theory. Many companies improve the reward system to improve the competitiveness. Since it is founded, san-Sheng has made great achievements with the China’s rapid economic growth. It has build its own reward system, to create and efficiently operate a reward structure.the reward system has done good to increase people’s willingness to work in one’s company, to enhance their productivity.However its reward system is not systematic. it has been the weak point of the company’s competitiveness. Therefore, the improvement of the current reward system will make a strong sense for the company. In this thesis I paid great attention to Literature review and summed up some theories which was useful for San-Sheng company.I analyzed the company’s organizational structure, reward management system, especially the Salary and the bonuses. The paper lined the problems and gave out suggestions. It suggests that the company should operate an equity incentive program.The thesis used Theory and practice analysis. It focused on the principle of relevance. The paper introduced the time value of the money theory in financial management which should be considered as an innovation. |
