The Influence Of Administrative Capital Investment For Beef Industry In Laozhuang Village Of Anguo Town,Pingliang City,Gansu Province

Under the background that the mode of single planting agriculture no longer applied to the intensive production of modern agriculture,there have been many studies about the development of feeding cattle grassland agriculture in rural areas with the direct industrial investment,which have no regard for effects of administrative induction and intervention.On the one hand,the development of beef industry benefits from the direct financing,human resources and so on under the local government guidance.On the other hand,when the beef cattle industry develop to a certain stage,the cost-effectiveness ratio would be close to stability threshold which requires administrative capital investment as the sign of the government's guiding role to strengthen and find a new growth stage in order to realize the sustainable development of industry.In this study,we analyzed a case of rural administrative capital investment and beef cattle industry development quantitatively,and compared the statistical analysis on time scales,the work role and some realistic problems of administrative funding in beef development,and revealed the administrative capital of administrative intervention on the inner dynamics of the development of the beef cattle industry,and lastly put forward the corresponding opinions and suggestions.The results were as follows: 1,The period from 2006 to 2015 has witnessed the growth of farmers' income which is promoted effectively by administrative funds.2,When beef cattle industry develop to a center stage,the single industrial investment would not provide continuing growth,which need to seek new growth point with the help of administrative guidance.3,After studying,some proposals for improving management style and service agencies were come up with,which will promote the sustainable development of the cattle industry in the study area.Overall,administrative investment increased the individual industry input,changed the beef cattle industry,at the same time,increased the area grassland agricultural output.The above results will provide the beneficial reference for relevant rural new agricultural economy and agricultural resources management research.
