Construction Of The New Countryside Under The Socialism In The View Of Polycentric Governance Theory

Down the course of the country-governance in China, the traditional single centre governing mode has been weaker and weaker as its institutional limitation. The polycentric governance mode of three dimension including government, market and rural society breaks through the single supreme authority structure in the single centre institution. The governing system made up by several independent main bodies bear the public administration and public services, which is showing its advantages. Building the new countryside under the socialism is a difficult and time consuming project, which is cannot be finished immediately. The new modes are required by new countryside construction in which we can refer to the polycentric governance theory to set up the multiple-units governing by government-guiding and market-running, while the peasants play an important role with the participation of society.
