JC is the biggest hot-air curtain manufacturing in China as well as the biggest HVAC products manufacturing base in Northeast area. Since its establishment in 2005, it has always dedicated to products' researching & developing, manufacturing upgrading, brands building and markets expanding, targeting the regions of Northeast, Northwest, North China as its main marketing areas and radiating to the whole China's market gradually, total 10 product categories of from a single product to expand to air curtain air curtain, fan coil units, radiant panels and air dampers etc., taking medium-low end products upgraded from low-end products as main, medium-high end products as supplement, and decided to marching into the international market, expanding and developing the customers in the areas of European Countries, Southeast Asia and Middle East. In this case, the suppliers' management issues of JC becomes prominent increasingly, and the importance of its suppliers management shall be improve constantly.The improvement of JC's suppliers evaluation management can better the status basically. Based on the collected and summarized on relevant theories and documents of suppliers management and evaluation, this book comb through the system of the suppliers evaluation management. Concerned about JC's status quo of the suppliers management: suppliers sub-management, suppliers evaluation and selection process, suppliers evaluation management, summarized JC's confusion in field of procurement and suppliers management, analyzed the main issues the suppliers evaluation management faced and made a guide for a better improvement. Therefore, combined the status quo of JC's suppliers evaluation management, the book suggests to set up a plan for institutional and procedural suppliers evaluation system, as well as a evaluation management construction evaluation indicator system for I, II and III suppliers evaluation management construction evaluation indicator system separately, and states practical operation for the new system with the AHP method. Finally, to safeguard the carryout of the JC's suppliers evaluation system improvement plan, the book suggests some safeguard measures for that.
