Research On Improvement Of Engineering Material Supplier Management In ZTD Company

With the implementation of the 11th and 12th Five-Year Plan,China's railway construction industry has developed rapidly.Railway investment and construction mileage have increased year by year,which has brought unprecedented development space to the railway market.As the main force of the railway industry,ZTD company has become more and more closely related to suppliers with the continuous expansion of the company's scale,the increasing scale of material procurement and the number of suppliers,and the increasing dependence on suppliers.In view of the fact that ZTD company as a construction contracting enterprise needs a lot of building materials for construction,this paper analyses the current situation of supplier management,and puts forward improvement measures from three aspects:supplier selection,supplier classification and supplier evaluation.Improve the supplier's access index,put forward to evaluate suppliers according to the weight of evaluation index;put forward the combination of material classification and supplier classification to classify suppliers;improve the implementation of supplier performance appraisal,using the combination of dynamic appraisal and annual appraisal,improve the performance appraisal of suppliers.The improvement of the above contents not only corrects some problems existing in the supplier management of the company,but also improves the supplier management system and process.It has certain reference significance for improving the overall level of supplier management of ZTD company,and provides operational reference for the development of supplier management industry.The research in this paper has practical significance for the company to improve the level of supplier management,and has certain reference significance for the development of supplier management industry.Figure9,table12,reference 32.
