In recent years,the development of economy has broken the original entity economy situation.With the development of the electronic commerce and internet of things technology,combined with a new round of financial crisis and the economic crisis hit,the competition between enterprises is crule and brutal.The competition between enterprises in the final analysis is the result of technology,innovation,management,and the talents.Middle managers carry out the enterprise long-term strategy and daily affairs management work,and they play an role in the upper and lower levels.Middle managers are the core elements and base of enterprise competition.The management of enterprises requires both excellent managers and effective management systems.Human resources management is used by any enterprise in the world now,and performance management system is particularly important.For Foxconn,to use performance management is most appropriate method to reach the manufacturing index goals.This paper takes Taiyuan Foxconn A company as the research object,through the literature method,interviews and case studies,analyzing the current situation and problems of middle managers performance management of A company improvement,then puts forward optimization of the performance management solution.Combined with the actual situation of Taiyuan Foxconn A company,agreement on the task of quantitative demand is higher,So this paper focuses on the solution to improve the study of performance appraisal.This paper puts forward the method of combining KPI and 360 degree examination to make a subjective and objective examination;Then,the evaluation result were obtained from the self evaluation and administrative assessment.Then,we need to assess an effective performance feedback guidance to the examiner,in order to achieve better performance.Finally we use the assessment result in such aspects as the personnel promotion,salary management and welfare distribution,in order to promote the better development of enterprises.
