At present,China’s economy has shifted from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development.In the current complex and volatile external environment,textile industry as a traditional manufacturing industry,is facing the challenges of rising costs and increasing pressures on environmental protection.To achieve high-quality development,we must “practice internal strength” and constantly improve the level of quality change,efficiency change and power change.Therefore,it is particularly important to focus on improving the performance management level of enterprises.As a bridge between the top and bottom of the company,the level of individual performance will directly affect the realization of the company’s strategic goals and the quality of its business development.Therefore,optimizing the performance management of middle-level managers will be a solid foundation for promoting enterprise performance,enhancing core competitiveness and high-quality development.However,at this stage,the performance management of middle-level managers in private enterprises in China,especially in labor-intensive textile enterprises,still has some problems that are inconsistent with the requirements of high-quality development and are not commensurate with the development law of the new era.Based on this situation,this paper studies the performance management of middle-level managers in CF Textile Company.In view of the decline in sales revenue in recent years,on the basis of research and analysis of domestic and foreign research summaries and related theories,this paper uses questionnaires to sort out and analyze the current situation of performance management of middle-level managers in CF Textile Company.It concludes that the key links of performance management are inadequate,the design of performance indicators is not scientific and reasonable,the performance management has not formed an effective role in promoting and the low enthusiasm of middle management personnel,as well as the lack of awareness of performance management system,the lack of strategic orientation of performance management,the lack of control in the process of performance implementation,and the imperfect application mechanism of performance results.In view of the problems and reasons,this paper proposes to build a performance management system of “dynamic operation and efficient circulation”,based on relevant theories and the characteristics of middle-level managers,including closed-loop performance management system,strategic performance indicator design,dynamic performance process control,interactive performance feedback mechanism and diversified performance results application of five dimensions of optimization strategy.On this basis,it is carried out from five aspects: close-loop performance management based on PDCA cycle,construction of performance evaluation index system based on strategic orientation,strengthening performance implementation process control based on “traffic light” principle,perfecting performance feedback mechanism based on two-way interaction principle,and application of performance evaluation results based on the concept of collaborative development.And the optimization strategy is guaranteed from the aspects of organizational security,cultural atmosphere,institutional norms and technical support.The purpose of this paper is to further optimize the performance management of middle-level managers in CF Textile Company,so that the company’s strategic goals can be achieved,so as to enhance the company’s overall performance,innovation and competitiveness of the company,and achieve a healthy,sustainable development.At the same time,to a certain extent,it also provides some reference and reference for the performance management of middle-level managers in similar enterprises.
