With the diversification of financial products,the risks in the operation and development of bank are paid more and more attention.At present,the risks of commercial Banks mainly include credit risk,market risk,liquidity risk,operational risk four categories.Each bank is faced with different levels of operating risk,because the operating environment of each bank is different.Over the years,the Alex branch of Agricultural bank of China fully played the function of serving the real economy.Made effort to the supply of credit,the profitability improved gradually.Risk management especially operational risk management ability will influence and even become the key factor which determines the sustainable and healthy development As a less developed city of the Inner Mongolia region,its industrial structure is relatively single,banking institutions are lacking in the ability of preventing risks.Therefore,the prevention and control of banking operating risk is especially should be taken seriously.Firstly,this paper attempts to analyze the operation risk management of the Alex branch of the Agricultural bank of China and fully reflects the risk status.Secondly,this paper reveals loopholes existing in the operation risk management of the Alex branch of agricultural bank of China,and analyses the cause of problems.In addition,this paper gives the corresponding suggestions in order to prevent from operational risks,and provide certain reference experienced to prevent loss events which caused by operational risk.What's more,this paper also laid a good foundation for the further reform and improvement of the operational risk management system.
