Research On Operational Risk Management Of Yiyang Branch Of Agricultural Development Bank Of China

As one of the main risk types in bank operating activities,the bank operational risk has large destructive.At the same time,many banks have suffered hu ge losses due to operational risk in recent years.The risk prevention and control urgency has surpassed market risk and credit risk.There are many operational risk management problems in Yiyang Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China,and the methods and methods of operational risk management are not advanced enough due to the weak internal control system and the risk prevention and control system is not detailed enough to be perfected with the actual situation.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the operational risk management of Yiyang Branch of China Agricultural Development Bank.This paper takes Yiyang Branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China(hereinafter referred to as Yiyang Branch of Agricultu ral Development Bank of China)as the research object,and adopts the methods of document induction and case analysis to analyze the bank operational risk management status and the problems of Yiyang Branch of Agricultural Development Bank.The characteris tics of operational risk include risk coverage,asymmetry of risk and return,endogeneity of risk,complexity of loss measurement,etc.Through the comprehensive analysis of the current situation of bank operational risk management,this paper summarizes t he causes of the problem,including credit customer access is not strict,the internal inspection is a mere formality,the social credit system is not perfect,the quality of personnel to be improved and other factors.In this paper,the PEST method is use d to analyze the political,economic,social and technological environment.Based on the current situation of Yiyang Branch of Agricultural Development Bank,the relevant management strategies are put forward: strengthening the cognition of risk,perfectin g the internal control management system,establishing operational risk early warning mechanism,establishing quantitative risk evaluation system and releasing operational risk.At the same time,in order to ensure the effectiveness of the strategy,five supporting measures are put forward,including perfecting the framework of the comprehensive operational risk management system,implementing the cultural security of operational risk management,continuously improving the staff quality,strengthening the operational mechanism of operational risk,technical support.Through the typical analysis of Yiyang branch of Agricultural Development Bank of China,the problems of Yiyang Branch of Agricultural Development Bank in bank operational risk management will be solved and the management of operational risk will be instructed,which will provide reference value for Chinese banks to implement operational risk avoidance strategy.
