Research On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Food Safety Supervision In Sales Link

Food safety is closely related to people's health and life safety,it has become a hot issue of social concern.In recent years,China's overall food safety remained stable to the good momentum of development,but the problem still occurs,the total amount of illegal cases is large.In cases involving food safety,the terminal cases are plentiful,the source cases are relatively small,the more appearances are in the field of sales.In order to deal with this problem,this paper has carried out the construction and application of the food safety supervision index.Based on the multiple perspectives including government,society and enterprise,this paper discusses the importance of establishing a complete system of food safety supervision in the process of food sales through public governance model.Firstly this paper systematically analyzes and combs the domestic and foreign literature,laws and regulations and food safety cases,to provide the basis for the selection of regulatory indicators.On this basis,this paper comprehensively use the Delphi method to demonstrate the indicators,and establish China's food safety supervision index system in sales link.Then,according to the scoring of the experts and the Analytic Network Process,the corresponding weights of each index were calculated,and the model of food safety supervision index in sales link was constructed.Through the model this paper get a total of 307705 data by carry out investigation and sampling for 1501 online and offline dairy companies.Finally,with the help of analytic network process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,this paper explores the status of safety supervision in sales link of the whole dairy product in China.The food safety supervision index in sales link can effectively evaluate the safety supervision status,and provide reference for improving the food safety supervision in China.In view of the new regulatory situation and requirements,to promote the food safety supervision index in sales link applied to food safety supervision practice,has its reality and urgency.However,it is difficult to achieve the goal relying solely on the strength of one party.It needs multi-party such as the government,third party institutions,research institutes and consumers to promote together.This will not only improve the scientific integrity and perfection of the food safety supervision index in sales link,but also improve its social awareness,and ultimately contribute to the index widely used in the practice of food safety supervision.So as to provide reference for China's food safety supervision and promote the settlement of food safety problems in China.
