Study On Safety Supervision Of Edible Agricultural Products In Fengxian District Of Shanghai

Under the general environment of social and economic development and people’s material conditions,food quality has replaced total safety,which has attracted great attention from all walks of life.Edible agricultural products are the source of other foods,and their product quality is closely related to the rights and interests of the masses.The sales link is the last barrier for commodities to reach customers,and the safety of edible agricultural products in the sales link directly affects the living standard of the public.Especially at this stage,under the situation that potential safety hazards of edible agricultural products continue to occur,capital construction and optimization of the regulatory system is an important work..Based on the theory of system management and collaborative governance,this paper takes the food safety of agricultural products as the research focus,and studies the problems existing in the safety supervision of edible agricultural products in Fengxian District of Shanghai and how to collaborative governance.Combined with the actual situation of Fengxian district of Shanghai Fengxian edible agricultural products safety supervising actuality was analyzed,and the key problem of Shanghai Fengxian edible farm produce safety regulation,from the perspective of public management theory is analyzed,through for reference the successful experience of domestic and international food safety regulation,to put forward a cross of edible agricultural products safety regulation collaborative governance.This study found that the main problems in the safety supervision of edible agricultural products in Fengxian District of Shanghai include the absence of supervision subject,incomplete supervision process,incomplete application of supervision informatization,and weak social supervision awareness.The main reasons for these problems are incomplete inter-departmental cooperation mechanisms,lack of whole-process supervision,backward and inadequate means of supervision,and lagging development of social organizations.To further solve the above problems,this article from the clear regulatory body functions to promote collaborative governance,improve the whole process supervision and comprehensive supervision mechanism,establish a unified and efficient information technology platform and exchange mechanism,fully strengthen the consciousness of social regulation and supervision etc.Put forward the perfect Suggestions on Shanghai fengxian edible farm produce safety supervision.
