| Since the reform and opening up,small and micro enterprises have made important contributions to the rapid growth of China’s economy.According to statistics,our country small and medium-sized enterprises accounted for 94.15%of the national total number of enterprises,to create the final product and service value equivalent to 60%of GDP,taxes accounted for 50%of the total state tax revenue,completed the 65%of invention patents and more than 80%of new product development.In the credit market,on the one hand,with the continuous development of small and micro enterprises,enterprise of credit products proposed more diverse demand,on the other hand,the interest rate market makes credit product market competition is more intense,the commercial banks have sunk customer orientation,small micro enterprise credit products market as a business growth point,introduced a lot of credit products.However,due to the current commercial banks to small and micro enterprises credit products in the supply of credit products for existing migration and replication is the main means of R&D,resulting in credit market presents the homogenization of serious,product structural imbalance situation.Small and micro enterprises in the face of the credit market in a large number of homogeneous credit products its own personalized financing needs can not be met,the heterogeneity of micro,small and medium enterprises and commercial banks the homogenization of supply and demand are unable to match the problem.In this paper,65 commercial banks in Ningbo branch in Zhejiang province and the survey data of 538 small and micro enterprises based on the ordered Probit model,the empirical research shows that:the large commercial banks in small and micro enterprises credit products market to higher,enterprises diversified and personalized needs;emphasis on risk control of commercial banks and the small and micro credit products the enterprise needs matching degree is low;the credit supply and demand level of education and the main business of commercial banks for small and micro enterprises,there is a positive correlation between the scale of discrimination;the existence of credit market of commercial banks for small and micro enterprises,credit products demand of smaller enterprises,the lower the degree of perfection;independent third party audit,credit rating,etc.credit infrastructure matching credit products supply and demand for commercial banks to small and micro enterprises;access to government policy support for small and micro enterprises Industry demand for credit products to enhance the degree of matching.Therefore,we should begin to change of commercial bank’s credit products R&D,credit and marketing methods,specification small micro enterprise financial situation,establish and improve credit infrastructure and to improve the commercial banks to small and micro enterprise credit products market supply and demand matching degree. |
