Competition and development is the most important theme in the twenty-firstcentury. In order to survive and develop better, the enterprise under supply chainmanagement would pay more and more attention to product quality, lead time andinventory level, etc. and the most important priority is how to match supply anddemand. For customized products, the demand uncertainty would increase thesupply difficulty. If supply less, delivery would be delayed and the customersatisfaction would be reduced; on the other hand, more supply would makeinventory increase and resource waste. Especially for enterprise (B2B) customizedproducts, demand is more fluctuant, customization degree is higher, delivery speedrequire faster. Thus, how to match the supply and demand would have greatinfluence on supply chain coordination.Firstly, the paper introduces the background and significance of the research,define the concept and scope, sort out the framework and method. Through theresearch on domestic and foreign literature, I discover the point blank of the currentresearch. Then, we analyze the root causes on mismatch of supply and demand forB2B customized products, and give some potential solutions based on the reasons,then improve the match level through sales, marketing, supply chain and ODMcoordination. Finally, I take D company’s customized server business as example,research the current supply and demand situation, find out the reasons, throughoptimizing the product portfolio, shortening the lead time to fulfill quick response,improve matching supply and demand.
