With the development of world economic globalization and the market competition intensified,if an enterprise wants to be invincible in the competition,it must have a strong talent team as a support.The overall quality of talent team not only from each individual’s own energy,but also depends on the cooperation of their own energy and business and continuous improvement in the work.And all the above can not be separated from the enterprise staff training.Training enables employees to match the abilities of individuals and enterprises in strategic planning,and can also improve the work skills of staff by continuous training,to adapt to the developments of market and technology,ultimately,to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and create higher efficiency.Therefore,staff training is becoming more and more attention by enterprises,and put this as a strategic task and the core of human resource development.Under the background of big data,the following points are of great significance:Extracting useful data of staff training from complex data and mining training needs deeply through scientific methods,Providing personalized training in time and provide decision-makers with a clear training ideas through the statistical method of science,and eventually,Forming the feasible training plan to the staff training.The paper takes the staff training based on Data-driven as the research object,and takes Shen Hua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co.Ltd as the research sample,besides on the basis of staff training theory and large data theory,and combining theoretical knowledge such as Economics,Enterprise Management,Statistics with practice,and then,analyzing the current situation and the existing problems onstaff raining management of Shen Hua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co.Ltd,and analyzing the Data-driven effects in the perspective of big data,including the effects on datamation,investment precision,innovation and optimization,the rational use of resources,and personality growth of staffs.Based on the comprehensive and effective research of Shen Hua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co.Ltd,some targeted guarantee measures on staff training management are put forward in this paper,in the hope of offering help to staff training management of Shen Hua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co.Ltd.The content of this paper is divided into five parts as follows:The first part is the introduction which clearly expounds the significance and purpose of the research,the research status at home and abroad,and the content structure and research direction.In the second part,the definition and characteristics of big data and the definition of employee training are studied,and the impact of big data-driven on staff training is analyzed.Then,the third part analyzes the present situation,main problems and reasons of the staff training of Shen Hua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Co.Ltd.The fourth part analyzes the Data-driven effects in the perspective of big data,including the effects on datamation,investment precision,innovation and optimization,the rational use of resources,and personality growth of staffs.Finally,the fifth part puts forward the guarantee measures to ensure the effective Data-driven of the staff training management.
